The latest version introduces a high-powered field of view designed to elevate the diagnostic experience for pathologists, along with a dedicated tumor board workflow module.
Gestalt Diagnostics has released PathFlow Version 6, featuring a high-power field of view and dedicated tumor board workflow module designed to improve diagnostic accuracy and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The updated digital pathology platform includes a visual interface that enables pathologists to navigate images with enhanced precision, speed, and clarity across diverse specimen types. The embedded high-power field of view allows pathologists to standardize quantitative assessment of specific cells or features within tissue samples, supporting cancer diagnosis, tumor grading, and patient prognosis determination.
The new tumor board module provides workflow tools for real-time collaboration between oncology teams, radiologists, and pathologists. The module includes configurable workflows, secure data sharing, and functionality that allows administrators and pathologists to add, update, and remove cases and images during tumor board reviews.
“This release reflects our commitment to empowering pathologists with tools that not only enhance diagnostic accuracy but also foster meaningful collaboration,” says Lisa-Jean Clifford, president of Gestalt Diagnostics, in a release. “PathFlow Version 6 is built for the demands of modern pathology and the future of precision medicine.”
The platform is designed to support complex case reviews and high-volume workflows while maintaining performance standards. The enhanced field of view is optimized for performance across different specimen types in a format designed to be familiar to pathologists.
PathFlow Version 6 is available immediately to existing customers and new partners. The company is demonstrating the platform at the Digital Pathology Association’s Pathology Visions Conference in San Diego.
Gestalt Diagnostics develops AI-driven digital pathology workflows that provide interoperability for pathology laboratories. The PathFlow solution includes professional, education, and research modules that can be configured based on facility requirements.
