Twelve prediluted antibodies have been introduced for the Artisan Staining System, a random-access instrument capable of simultaneously automating both special stains and immunohistochemistry. The new primary antibodies include MART-1, pCEA, CK LMW, CK HMW, CK 7, CK 20, Thyroglobulin, Calcitonin, Collagen IV, PSAP, CD 15 and CD 30. The menu now totals 38 primary antibodies for immunhistochemistry testing, plus 23 special stains. The patented slide heating technology and software enables the production of high quality complex stains.
