VisualDx, a web-based clinical decision support system and mobile app from Logical Images, Rochester, NY, has been honored in the Best in KLAS report for the third year in a row.

The resource received an overall score of 91.8, making it the market leader in the clinical decision support category. VisualDx is available as an e-record integrated resource, while the app version is compatible with iPhones, iPads, and Androids. Users can enter multiple factors about a patient, including symptoms, medical history, travel, medications, and lab results. The system then searches a proprietary database and delivers a list of potential diagnoses, a series of medical images for comparison to patient symptoms, and recommended treatments.

“We feel this honor is confirmation of physicians’ widespread reliance on VisualDx to quickly and accurately help diagnose their patients and engage their patients in the process,” said Art Papier, MD, CEO of Logical Images. “Doctors at more than half the nation’s medical schools—including Yale, Harvard, NYU, Cornell, and UCLA—and more than 1,500 hospitals and large clinics rely on VisualDx to help them diagnose all kinds of diseases and medical conditions.”
