The DuraTemp unit is designed for protecting specimens in a transport vehicle. It has a volume capacity of 1,750 cubic inches and can maintain a set temperature from refrigerated to frozen using the built in digital temperature control module.
The DuraTemp unit is powered by the 12-volt plug in any vehicle, eliminating the need for dry ice or gel packs. The battery saving circuitry built into the DuraTemp will protect the vehicle battery from premature draining. Extensive laboratory and field testing has been performed to ensure the highest level of specimen integrity.
