The Multiple Antibody Test Kit I is an IFA that allows simultaneous screening for at least four autoantibodies (ANA, AMA, ASMA, and APCA) using a single drop of patient’s serum.
These and other antibodies are detectable due to their interaction with specific antigens or in one or more of the multiple rat and mouse substrates (kidney, liver, stomach) in each well of the four- or eight-well slide.
Each kit includes four- or eight-well substrate slides, conjugate with Evans Blue, mounting medium, PBS powder and blotters. The products are offered in 48- or 96-test kits. Individual components are also available.
