The 323 pump is a low-maintenance pump ideal for use in pharmaceutical and biotechnological processes. The pump is designed for lab and benchtop applications, such as metering or dosing of pharmaceutical products, live cell cultures, nutrients, or bioreactor constituents.
Available with four drives and five pump head options, the 323 pump can achieve flow rates of up to 2,000 mL/minute per channel. Additionally, higher performance drives can be fitted with a high flow pump head for single channel flow rates of up to 2,200 mL/minutes. The pump features a large clear LCD display with digital monitoring and operation. It comes equipped with a brushless DC motor for speed control and quiet operation.
The peristaltic pump is an inherent metering pump with repeatability at 99.5%. Many models include integral drives and displays in wash down enclosures. The self-priming pump accommodates flow rates from 0.1 µL to 400 gpm, and can withstand pressures as high as 230 psi. The pump contains no internal universal joints, valves, dead corners, or glands to impede flow, and is reversible for back flushing lines.
