The A2 OnePlex plate from QuantiScientifics, Orange, Calif, supports quantitative singlet immunoassays in a strip well format based upon a microarray. Rather than having a full-well coating of antibody, OnePlex plate wells are precision spotted with small droplets of the same antibody arranged in an array format. Immunoassays are conducted by traditional means with colorimetric absorbance detection of soluble substrates using a conventional microplate reader or by image analysis of individual spots of the microarray using fluorescent tags. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plate comprises a polystyrene strip well plate, measuring 8 inches x 12 inches, that is preloaded with the capture antibody spotted in an array format. Similarly, other affinity ligands such as oligonucleotides, peptides, or allergens may be prepared. For more information, visit QuantiScientifics.
