SeqOnce’s Measles Panel A was developed due to the increase in Measles cases in the United States. Measles Panel A is compatible with Bio-Rad, Roche, and ABI qPCR systems. The assay has been specially formulated to detect the D8 genotype responsible for the recent outbreak in the United States but will also detect all know circulating viruses.
