The Seradyn ColorSlide RF features blue latex used on a white disposable reaction card. This latex particle not only enhances the readability of positive samples, but the mono-dispersed particle results in ultra-smooth negative samples.
The one-minute test uses disposable slides, and there is no sample dilution unless semi-quantitative results are desired. The titering of samples for semi-quantitative results can be done directly on the slides, eliminating additional cost and technologist time.
The kit features dropper tips on both the latex reagent and the diluent for ease of use and consistency QC. The positive control is assayed, which complies with CLIA, and allows titer results to be reported in IU/mL.
