This digital hourglass is started when turned over, with the duration of the count down adjustable to any interval between one second and 100 minutes.
As the timer counts down, digital sand flows from the upper to the lower part of the hourglass display. The LCD shows minutes and seconds remaining at the top of the display, and minutes and seconds elapsed at the bottom. The flow of the digital sand and the timing sequence reverses each time the digital hourglass is turned upside down.
