ESD ergonomic seating is available that meets the requirements of California Technical Bulletin 133, a severe fire test for upholstered furniture.
Also introduced are two ESD ergonomic chair models that meet C133’s flammability standards plus industry requirements for static-sensitive environments. These include a manager’s chair from the office seating line and a functional chair for labs.
Both models are upholstered with a special flame barrier material. The two models that passed C133 testing help protect against unwelcome static charges; virtually each part of the dissipative chairs are grounded to their bases.
