The Astral inoculation system consists of disposable, sterile inoculating loops packaged in a stackable rack.
Each color-coded polystyrene loop is hermetically sealed in its own sterile chamber. Each does not compromise the sterility of the other loops. The calibrated loops are removed by penetrating the sterile plastic seal with a locking-loop handle.
The system allows for one-handed operation and is color-coded by size. The system features added safety, time savings, reduced waste, zero cross-contamination and convenience.
