Immuno-Trol Low Cells is a new low level process control for lymphocyte immunophenotyping in specimens tested for immunodeficiency diseases. The control may be used with a range of flow cytometers. The control is designed for processing in the same manner as a whole blood sample.
Immuno-Trol Low Cells offers reduced CD4 levels similar to the specimens tested, in addition to expected fluorescence and light-scatter patterns.
Open-vial calibration stability is 90 days. Reagents are liquid and ready-to-use. Cap-pierceable vials may be used with automated sample preparation systems. Packaging is color-coded.
