This company’s Multiple IV product provides simultaneous detection and monitoring of circulating anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA) and native, double stranded deoxyribonucleic acid antibodies (nDNA-A) by direct immunofluorescence method.
Tests are featured that provide HEp-2 cells plus Crithidia luciliae grown in monolayer on each well. HEp-2 cell cultures are used to distinguish chromosomal from non-chromosomal antigens, while Crithidia luciliae provides high amounts of nDNA on the kinetoplast.
The 48, 96 and 192 test kits include 12-well HEp-2/Critihidia luciliae substrate slides, two positive controls, negative control, conjugate, buffer and mounting medium.
