The assay can be run on this company’s AIA 600II or the AIA NexIA Automated Immunoassay Systems. The correlations with the former 40 minute incubation assays are excellent with no compromise in assay sensitivity.
ST TSH analytical sensitivity is 0.03uIU/mL and has a Total Precision of <5 CV on all concentrations tested.
These reagents are packaged in 100 test cup kits and are ready to use.
