Registration for the 2011 Pathology Visions Conference in San Diego is open until Friday, October 21. The Digital Pathology Association’s annual meeting runs from October 30 to November 2 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
There are 41 speakers scheduled to present at the conference, including keynote speaker Mahul Amin, MD, whose speech is entitled, “Personalized Medicine: Empowering Light Microscopy and the Pathologist.” The event will also feature a regulatory panel session that will feature representatives from the Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and College of American Pathologists to discuss the regulatory path for digital pathology in the US.
