Liquichek Serum Volatiles Control is a liquid product designed to monitor the performance of three alcohols (ethanol, methanol, isopropanol), acetone and ethylene glycol in serum. The control is available in two levels with assay values for gas chromatography and automated methods.
The control is stable for two years when stored at 2-8ºC. Once opened, it is stable for 10 days. When used in conjunction with this company’s Unity QC software, laboratories are able to evaluate test performance on a run-by-run basis and compare worldwide peer group data in reports.
