photoThese Micro-Arrays are for high throughput screening of the situ gene expression for target validation.
The tissue micro-arrays are available from diseased and normal human tissues; mouse normal tissues and rat normal tissues. The histologically characterized slides are useful for molecular biologists to understand the correlation of the gene and protein expression profile in normal and diseased tissues.
They are used for rapid screening of in situ differential expression of genes, identifying novel antibody makers, animal model studies or for other traditional tissue section applications.
Low-density arrays contain 20 to 50 elements per slide. High-density arrays have 100 to 200 elements per slide. All donor tissue blocks and the final tissue arrays are validated for use in immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization arrays.
The line starts with normal and diseased lung, normal and diseased esophagus, normal and diseased cervix, normal and diseased colon, normal human tissue arrays and rat and mouse visceral organs for whole animal survey.
