A MedIndia.com story on a report published in Nature Genetics said that researchers have identified the genomic variant that increases the risk of certain types of brain tumors.
The story says that researchers discovered that a portion of chromosome 8 contained single nucleotide polymorphisms that were associated with brain tumors.
