Beckman Coulter Life Sciences will be showcasing some unique technologies at its AACC booth, the first time the business unit has attended the annual expo.
In a departure from traditional liquid reagents, Beckman will highlight its dry reagent technology. Such dried-down reagents require no refrigeration for long-term storage and can help expedite sample preparation. The reagents are available as 3- and 4-color kits to enable quantitation of lymphocyte subsets.
Also on display, the Navios flow cytometry system is intended in the United States for immunophenotyping along with proprietary Navios tetra software and ready-to-use, preoptimized Cyto-Stat tetraChrome reagents. The system was designed to accommodate busy cellular analysis laboratories and aims to provide sensitive detection, data interrogation, high volumes of information per event, and workflow efficiency.
