imageThe Definer Model 2000 is an ultra-sanitary multi-purpose mill suitable for the deagglomeration of drugs, and wet and dry chemicals.
The dust-tight, stainless steel mill has a straight flow-through path, eliminating the possibility of hang up or accumulation in hoppers, and simplifing inline installations. It can be disassembled for cleaning and reassembled in minutes. The internal design can be changed to accomodate the several configurations.
A teeth-and-combs de-agglomeration element features a once-through anti-clog action, minimal temperature rise and processing capability.
A fine milling element with a high-shear, high-speed radial vane rotor and screen design, gently mills the solids without degrading them. Also available is a knife blade design for cutting fibrous materials. Franklin Miller
