Kentucky-based pathology laboratory integrates LIS platform with Proscia digital imaging system to enhance diagnostic workflows and turnaround times.
Clinisys has completed implementation of its Orchard Enterprise laboratory information system at P&C Labs, LLC, including integration with Proscia’s digital pathology platform.
The Lexington, Kentucky-based pathology laboratory went live with Orchard Enterprise Lab, Orchard Enterprise Pathology, and Orchard Outreach solutions. The deployment enables centralized lab operations, advanced anatomic pathology workflows, and enhanced client connectivity across P&C Labs’ network of more than 40 hospitals and numerous clinics throughout Kentucky and surrounding regions.
The integration with Proscia’s digital imaging system provides real-time image access and enables collaboration among pathologists, supporting P&C Labs’ digital pathology capabilities.

P&C Labs pursued a complete workflow transformation with the new system implementation. The laboratory specializes in anatomic pathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, dermatopathology, oral pathology, neuropathology, and GI pathology services.
