The Signals LabGistics tool translates standard operating procedures into scientific workflows and supports GxP compliance across laboratory environments.

Revvity Signals Software, a business unit of Revvity, has introduced Signals LabGistics, an artificial intelligence-first workflow orchestration platform designed to connect and coordinate processes, workflows, and tasks across the development pipeline.

The platform uses AI-powered workflow design to convert standard operating procedures and natural-language descriptions into coordinated scientific workflows. By integrating real-time data and observations within a single digital ecosystem, the software targets workflow fragmentation and manual handoffs that often cause delays during technology transfer from early research and development to commercial manufacturing.

“Scientific innovation is increasingly dependent on the ability to coordinate work across people, systems and stages of development,” says Kevin Willoe, president of Revvity Signals Software, in a release. “Our Signals LabGistics offering brings those moving parts together and helps organizations move promising therapies and new products forward with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.”

Cross-Platform Integration and Real-Time Tracking

Signals LabGistics operates within the broader Revvity Signals Software ecosystem and is built to integrate with existing laboratory and manufacturing platforms, with plans to connect to adjacent systems in the future.

The platform includes multi-tier execution and real-time monitoring tools intended to improve sample, data, and activity tracking across separate operational teams. These monitoring capabilities allow laboratory scientists and managers to assess workflow progress, spot emerging bottlenecks, and make adjustments before project timelines are disrupted.

Regulatory Compliance and Global Availability

To accommodate differing industry standards, the software incorporates compliance and quality management capabilities. For pharmaceutical and biotechnology laboratories, the system supports GxP compliance across interconnected testing environments, while providing adaptable configurations for specialty chemicals and materials science organizations aiming to minimize regulatory overhead.

Signals LabGistics is scheduled to become commercially available in the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan in December 2026.
