Insight 3-Shot color digital camera offers high-resolution qualitative capture of brightfield and bright fluorescence images. This camera uses a liquid crystal filter to measure red, green and blue at every pixel location, more than doubling the resolution as compared to color mosaic technology. The Insight 3-Shot utilizes a new high quantum efficiency CCD that increases sensitivity for faster image captures. The Spot dedicated software, included free with the camera, provides programmable gain, binning capability, advanced editing functions, sequential imaging, calibration mark imprinting, measurement, database archiving, and report generation, and is compatible with both Mac and PC platforms.
