The company will showcase the XR-Series hematology platform and the CentralOps informatics solution.
Sysmex America will showcase its latest diagnostic innovations at the Association for Diagnostics and Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) 2026 Clinical Lab Expo in Anaheim, California, from July 28 to July 30. The company will display a portfolio of solutions in hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis, flow cytometry, and informatics.
Leading the exhibit is the next generation XR-Series hematology solution, which builds on the existing XN-Series platform with higher throughput, enhanced analytics, and 3D scattergram technology. The series includes the XR-1000, which is capable of processing up to 110 samples per hour using onboard decision rules to help standardize testing. Also featured is the XR-9000, a scalable and modular solution designed for high-volume laboratories to increase throughput and minimize manual touchpoints. These products are not available for sale in all countries, according to the company.

Sysmex will also offer demonstrations of its new CentralOps Command Center. This customizable software unifies data and surfaces insights from various informatics to support real-time decision-making and workflow management. The solution is not currently available for sale.
In the hemostasis category, the company is introducing the CN-9000 Automated Hemostasis Solution. Designed for high-volume laboratories, the system features continuous sample loading and automated rerun and reflex testing. The exhibit also includes the CA-600 Series for low-volume laboratories and the CN-Series, which consolidates routine and specialized testing on a single automated platform.
For urinalysis, the company will display the UN-Series, an automated solution that integrates dipstick testing, sediment analysis, and digital imaging. The platform combines particle counting and urine chemistry to increase walkaway time for laboratory staff.
Additional technologies on display include the PS-10 for flow cytometry automation and the XF-1600, a 10-color flow cytometer for research use only. The booth will also feature the DIFF-Line by CellaVision for blood cell differential workflows and the Sentinel SENTiFIT for fecal occult blood and calprotectin testing, though the latter is not available for sale in the US or Latin America.
