The Model 3960 (3961) Reach-In Incubator/Environmental Chamber with temperature control is a 29 cu. ft. incubator/environmental chamber that provides a maximum of 140.4 sq. ft. of usable space. It can be used for clinical applications, elevated temperature stability studies and shelf life testing. The microprocessor control/monitoring system digitally displays the actual temperature. Accurate temperature control is within ± 0.1C.
Additional features include standard swivel, locking casters and leveling feet; alarm contacts for remote monitoring of chamber conditions; a heated glass door that optimizes temperature uniformity; two thru-wall access ports, one on the right side and one on the left side of the chamber; and an audible/visual alarm that warns of under-temperature or over-temperature conditions.
The alarm silence switch with ringback allows the operator to silence the alarm, yet be reminded if the abnormal condition still exists. Optional accessories are available such as a Lexan inner-door kit, stainless-steel door covers, additional stainless-steel shelves and recorders.
