tf01.JPG (9443 bytes)     This analyte specific reagent (ASR) uses patented fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technology to detect chromosomal abnormalities associated with hematopoeitic malignancies. It is available in a new 50-assay package size.
The LSI BCR/ABL Dual Color, Dual Fusion Translocation probe is one of three products available from this company to detect BCR/ABL gene fusions found in several different hematopoietic cancers, including Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML), Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) and Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).
This BCR/ABL Probe is a mixture of the LSI BCR probe, spanning the entire BCR gene on chromosome 22, labeled with SpectrumGreen, and the LSI ABL probe, spanning the entire ABL gene on chromosome 9, labeled with SpectrumOrange.
