The complete six level set of Verichem’s carbon dioxide reference materials offer concentration levels ranging from 5.0 mmol/L to 50.0 mmol/L and are expressly designed to support overall system QC and meet the necessary CLIA requirements for verification materials with known values in the determination of a clinical system’s accuracy, sensitivity, linearity, and reportable range. All materials are filled within ready-to-use, translucent polyethylene dropper vials, with a generous fifteen milliliter (15.0mL) fill volume at each concentration level.
The unique liquid stable format is free of glycols, surfactants, azides, and other interfering substances and is prepared from pure reagent grade source materials; with each concentration level verified using Sodium Carbonate Alkalimetric Standard, meeting the reagent grade designation as specified by the American Chemical Society (ACS). In addition, all these carbon dioxide reference materials feature an exceptional open-vial stability (15 months), display negligible lot-to-lot variation, and contains a Certificate of Analysis (COA) within each kit which includes lot specific traceability data.
