Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS) has launched a label specifically developed to prevent vials from fusing together in the extreme environments of autoclaves. The fusing together of prelabeled vials during mass batch processing can be a costly problem for autoclave users. The label is damaged, important data is lost, and the vials become unusable.
The CILS technical team developed a new material/adhesive combination to withstand the sterilization process. The new labels are specifically designed to remain unaffected by environmental conditions experienced in bulk cleaning and subsequent filling.
Extensive tests have proven that the CILS8100AC performs perfectly in the wash/fill systems without jamming. A computer imprintable coating ensures crisp, sharp print quality with no loss of data. CILS8100AC is available in plain and preprinted formats to suit specific requirements.
