BBI Solutions OEM Ltd, Cardiff, UK, has successfully acquired the remaining shares of its previous joint venture with Novarum DX Ltd, Edinburgh, UK. Novarum DX provides unique software tools that enable users to read and share the results of diagnostic tests using only a smartphone.
Used on four continents, Novarum’s proprietary and patent-protected intellectual property helps users to reduce errors and provides more data to inform professional decisions.
