We have Technical Support based in the USA. Our US-based support operates from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm EST. In order to provide customer support outside of these hours, in April 2012, we will be implementing a toll free number for US customers to access Technical Support in our UK headquarters and in our Indian office. Support is available here during UK and Indian business hours respectively.

All peer group data is updated on a daily basis, meaning you always have the most up-to-date comparisons. Data can be compared to other labs using the same method, instrument type, instrument model, reagent supplier, or a combination of these.
