This company has developed a benchtop unit that provides controlled rotation of either the FlexChem Reactor Block Rotator for four FlexChem reactor blocks, or the FlexChem General Purpose Rotator for rotating cylinders, flasks and tubes.
Both types of rotators can be mounted and removed from the base power unit and used interchangeably. The Model 202 can be operated with a single rotator or, for maximum utility, with two rotators of either design simultaneously. The rotation speed is adjustable from three to 20 RPM through a variable speed controller on the front of the unit. The compact ambient rotator has a footprint of 13 x 31 inches and weighs 40 pounds (without rotator) enabling it to be transported in and out of a fume hood. Robbins Scientific Corp.
