The PrepLink Version 2.1 software upgrade adds new features to this company’s Power Processor preanalytical system, which automates sample processing.
The software supports eight configurations of the Power Processor which may include a combination of any three modular components. These are: the Hematology Outlet, which automatically sorts hematology samples; the Aliquot upgrade, which automatically transfers serum from primary to aliquot tubes for subsequent testing on multiple analyzers; and the ChemXpress module, which connects two Synchrons.
