Separation capability for the Arrow instrument
NorDiag Inc, Alpharetta, Ga, offers cell-separation capability for the Arrow instrument. The Arrow now offers small-footprint walk-away automation for both nucleic acid extraction and cell separation—suited for HLA testing. Kits are available for DNA and cell-based HLA testing. The Arrow can run three unique cell-separation protocols for cell depletion or enrichment, and can perform nucleic acid extraction on a wide variety of sample types, including blood, cells, plasma, serum, and tissue.
