Fast-Link DNA Ligation Kits provides fast and efficient DNA ligations for both routine and high throughput cloning.
      The kit will ligate cohesive-end DNA in five minutes, blunt-end DNA in 15 minutes and PCR product with A-overhangs in one hour or less. In addition, desalting the DNA ligation reaction prior to electroporation of cells is not necessary when using the kits. The 100-reaction kit contains T4 DNA Ligase, buffer and ATP.
