MultiScreen®HTS filter plates feature a choice of Immobilon™-P or nitrocellulose membranes, which gives them improved assay performance. Both membranes offer a dense uniform pore structure to promote antibody binding and sensitivity for sharper spot definition. The plate is engineered for membrane flatness within each well for better in-well imaging. For a uniform spot distribution, each well is individually sealed to eliminate the occurrence of cross-talk. The sterile plates are compatible with a range of readers and are available in clear or white plastic to meet imaging preference.
