The Matech fluorescent reference series (FRS) allows calibration of assay instrumentation to ensure efficiency and proper functioning of plate reading equipment. The product offers four to seven decades of fluorescence intensity for linearity, depending on the instrument.
The product uses four wells in each plate corner to ensure proper optical alignment and offers a below 5% C.V. within each of its eight zones of intensity. Zones C-10 to F-10 will push the limits of an instrument’s sensitivity.
This dilution series comes in both top reading and bottom reading formats and in four colors. There is a product guarantee of five years of stability.
