The immunosimplicity H. pylori IgG Enzyme Immunoassay Test Kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use, in the qualitative determination of IgG antibodies to Helicobacter pylori antigen in human sera by indirect enzyme immunoassay.
The assay can be used as an aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection in adult patients with gastrointestinal symptoms.
The test kit was designed to accommodate the varied needs of clinical labs and can be performed either on this company’s MAGO Plus Automated EIA Analyzer or by following a standard EIA methodology. The test kit features color-coded ready-to-use reagents, room temperature incubations, a 96-well breakaway plate as well as a 12-month shelf life. Results are available in less than two hours.
