Three quantitative ELISA tests for the detection of H. pylori antibodies (IgG, IgA, and IgM) have been developed to detect H. pylori antibodies in serum or plasma.
The 96-microwell kits, which non-invasively detect H. pylori, can be used in manual or fully automated systems using serum samples. Total incubation time is 90 minutes at room temperature. The kits are suitable for both the clinical laboratory or physician’s office.
The IgG ELISA kit is for in vitro diagnostic use, while the IgM and IgA are for research use only. The kits have a 12-month shelf life. Biomerica
