Tp-Blue Coomassie Brilliant Blue G has a linear range of 0.5 – 10 ug protein per 10ul sample. Tp-Red Pyrogalol has a linear range of 5 – 50 ug protein per 10ul sample. The stable dye protein complex remains in the Solution (~10 hours). Tp assays are methanol-free dye reagents. Kits come in 1,000-assay kits (96-well) and 4,000-assay (384-well) format.
