Wayson Stain aids in the demonstration of polar staining that is most difficult to obtain with the traditional Gram or Loeffler’s Methylene Blue stain. This stain is most valuable in staining the pathogenic Yersinia Species, in particular, the seemingly increasing Yersinia Entercoliteiea associated with contaminated food and drink. A single solution stain is available in bottles of 100 ml or in packs of two ml bottles.
