Integra Biosciences, Hudson, NH, a provider of laboratory tools for liquid handling and media preparation, has expanded its reagent reservoir product family to include polypropylene reservoirs with enhanced chemical compatibility that complement the company’s line of polystyrene reservoirs.
Polypropylene multichannel reagent reservoirs are available in 10 mL, 25 mL, and 100 mL sizes, and offer all the advantages of their polystyrene counterparts. The disposable reservoir fits securely within a sturdy, reusable base and features clearly visible, integrated volume graduations for ease of use and rapid, accurate filling. The reservoirs’ deep trough enables low dead volume for maximum fluid recovery, and pour-back spouts molded into the corners of each reservoir ensure spill-free return of unused reagent to the source container. The reservoirs can also function as lids to prevent evaporation and spillage. The space-saving, stackable design significantly reduces storage requirements and ensures less material waste when compared with other commercially available regular polypropylene reservoirs.
