The chemical-resistant system features welded one-piece interior construction and is available in four sizes for element analysis procedures.

HEMCO has introduced the UniFlow HDPE Acid Digestion Fume Hood, designed for corrosive operations involving dissolution procedures for element analysis.

The fume hood features a chemical-resistant construction with a welded one-piece HDPE interior fume chamber that includes hood walls, ceiling, worksurface, and rear drain trough. The exterior uses composite resin construction for additional chemical resistance.

The UniFlow series is available in 48-inch, 60-inch, 72-inch, and 96-inch models. The fume hoods can be supplied with or without a built-in wash-down system and rear drain trough, depending on laboratory requirements.

Standard features include a counterbalanced vertical sliding clear viewing sash available in either polycarbonate for hydrofluoric acid applications or tempered glass for other uses. The UniFlow HDPE Acid Digestion Fume Hood also includes a vaporproof LED light fixture, pre-wired switch, and remote-control water fixture with built-in spray nozzles when wash-down capability is required.

HEMCO offers factory-installed accessories, support cabinets and tables, and ventilation equipment to meet specific laboratory requirements.
