This liquid concentrate reagent is for the quantitative determination of carbon dioxide in serum on the ACE and NExCT clinical chemistry systems.
The ACE CO2-LC assay is an enzymatic method utilizing PEPC and a patented stabilized analog of NADH. Because it is a concentrate, ACE CO2-LC Reagent is less susceptible to adverse environmental conditions, i.e., elevated ambient CO2. Features on-board reagent stability of fourteen days, with a calibration frequency of once every seven days. The assay is packaged 4 x 7.5 mL in ready-to-run, system-coded bottles. A dropper bottle of liquid standard is included in each kit.
