This company is introducing its line of Infectious Disease Serology ELISAs which includes assays for Echinococcus, Amebiasis (E. histolytica), Trichinella, Leptospira and Diphtheria.
All assays are standardized for similar run times and common components. In addition, all components come ready to use except for the wash concentrate.
The assays are performed at room temperature and results can be read visually or with an ELISA reader. All assays are in a 1×8, 96- test breakaway microwell format, so any number of samples from one to 94 may be run simultaneously. Results are available in less than an hour.
