Joint Commission Resources (JCR), Oak Brook, Ill, is accepting proposals for presentations for the 2008 national conference on quality and safety.
The annual event is planned for November, in Chicago. JCR is a not-for-profit affiliate of The Joint Commission.
Presentations will focus on best practices in compliance with the national patient safety goals, to promote a culture of quality and safety improvement in health care organizations. The proposals should address new processes, technologies, and tools that provide creative, innovative methods for addressing quality and safety issues.
Proposals should be submitted for consideration by January 5, 2008. Presenters will be invited in May and June 2008.
