A monoclonal antibody (MAb) to poly(ADP-ribose)(PAR), clone 10H is available from this company. PAR is synthesized by a range of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs) in response to DNA damage. PAR immunofluorescence correlates with other markers of apoptosis. The MAb to PAR can be used for detecting apoptopic cells using immunocytochemistry.
