Hype-Wipe® bleach towelettes and Mini Hype-Wipes® from Current Technologies Inc, Crawfordsville, Ind, meet the standard recommended by many point-of-care testing (POCT) manufacturers: a 1:10 bleach solution for disinfection of their equipment.These individually packaged towelettes are portable and stabilized for over a year with the expiration date on every package. The pocket-sized Hype-Wipe towelette unfolds to 6 x 12 inches; the Mini Hype-Wipe towelette, 3 x 3 inches. EPA approved for kill times in 1 minute include TB, norovirus, RSV, H1N1, ESBL, CRKP, rotavirus, strep, salmonella, and pseudomonas; approved for kill times in 2 minutes, MRSA, VRE, and staph.
