This free Protein S ELISA assay uses a monoclonal antibody specific for free Protein S. There is no pretreatment, and incubation is at room temperature.
Because the precipitation step using free Protein S reagent is eliminated, turnaround time is faster. This can save 30 to 45 minutes off total run time. This recently introduced monoclonal free Protein S assay is similar to the company’s other ELISA assays. The Protein S package includes Ag Microwells (96), Reference Plasma, Diluent, Phosphate Buffered Saline, Conjugate, Substrate and Stopping Solutions. Assayed controls also are available.
