The orange protection sheath at the tip quickly locks 5/8”L to 11/2” L needles in place and safely secures them for transport to a sharps container. The one-piece holder provides the same sensitivity and feel of traditional blood draw equipment.
The needle sheath rotates to allow for repositioning of the needle to the desired position when drawing blood. This eliminates changing technique to work around the sheath.
The system can be used with almost any needle and vacuum tube sampling system.
